Things seem to go well, until the admins thought it would be a good idea to reuse some of the events they used to do before, and the reason to do this was to cover all the time it would take to develop their new game, Dead Maze.
The eagerness was such that the game came to a point in where events were no longer events, when these were supposed to be something unique for the daily gameplay, and somehow, Atelier 801 still refuse to change the fact there’s always an event online, even until these days. However, the monetisation went better, and this was soon followed by the extension of the events duration. In 2014, administrators removed the accessories given to the players as a reward for completing tasks in events, something that they didn’t enjoy and generated a lot of complaints about the company. However, there were always similar beaks of connected players at the same along that year.īut as the time passed, the events became being a humdrum thing, in duration and gameplay, making them not only repetitive but unfair for players, and this was because of the hurry to find a way to keep them playing the game, although there were a lot of changes not only concerning to the number of players. In fact, events worked that well that the highest amount of connected players at the same time was possible thanks to one of the most important events in the whole Transformice history, the 2012 Halloween event. Once the new system is implemented, old players will have the opportunity to change their nicknames once for free, which would allow them to get a new identifier.īut this is not all! There will be some modifications to the account verification and the login system as well. a player called Zen will become Zen #0000. What about old players? If you’ve created an account before this change, you’re going to keep its nickname accompanied by a null identifier, e.g. However, this identifier will be displayed only in some places: the player profile, the friends list and next to the player’s nickname in a whisper. New players won’t be able to choose the identifier established when they create an account.
